But a pending 2025 class action claims its Hydroxi toothpaste contains lead and arsenic, and a 2025 independent lab chart lists both in its Premium peppermint paste. No artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives. A 2025 lab chart found lead and arsenic in its Premium peppermint paste, and a pending lawsuit claims the same for its Hydroxi paste (see the alert).
