Our take

Why We Trust This Brand

Suntegrity has arguably the cleanest ownership story in the group: 100% founder-owned, bootstrapped by Tricia Trimble with zero outside capital, a clear 10 for independence. On ingredients it scores an 8: non-nano zinc with no chemical filters and EWG 'Champion' recognition, but the elegant, tinted BB-cream base includes cosmetic silicone (cetyl dimethicone) and a synthetic preservative system, so it is mineral-clean rather than ultra-minimalist. Its headquarters city is reported inconsistently across sources.

What's inside

Ingredients & Safety

The 5-in-1 Tinted Face SPF 30 uses 20% non-nano zinc oxide as the sole active, no chemical UV filters. Inactives include aloe, caprylic/capric triglyceride, jojoba oil, hyaluronic acid, green tea and pomegranate seed oil, with iron oxides for tint, plus cetyl dimethicone and a polyaminopropyl biguanide/ethylhexylglycerin preservative system. The tinted line is essentially fragrance-free.

Who owns it

Ownership & Independence

Suntegrity Skincare is 100% owned by founder Tricia Trimble, who launched it in September 2010 after her mother's death from melanoma. She bootstrapped it with proceeds from selling her home and has publicly stated the company has never raised funding and that she retained full ownership to protect its values.
